Shop Manager

St. B’s Automotive – Clarksville, TN 

St. B’s Automotive, a family-owned and locally operated auto repair shop in Clarksville, TN, is looking for an experienced Shop Manager to lead our busy and growing team. The Shop Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high service standards, and supporting both technicians and service advisors. With nine lifts and 13 bays, our shop is well-equipped to handle a wide range of automotive services, and we need a strong leader to keep everything running efficiently. 

Salary Range 

• Competitive pay based on experience 

Hours:

• 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversee daily shop operations and workflow efficiency 
• Manage and support a team of technicians, service advisors, and staff 
• Ensure timely and high-quality vehicle repairs and services 
• Monitor parts inventory, orders, and shop supplies 
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized shop environment 
• Communicate with customers when necessary to ensure satisfaction 
• Handle scheduling, budgeting, and performance evaluations 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience in automotive shop management or service management 
• Strong leadership and organizational skills 
• Knowledge of automotive repairs and industry best practices 
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities 
• Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively 
• Commitment to customer service and business growth
