A Tech – Automotive Technician

St. B’s Automotive, a family-owned and locally operated auto repair shop in Clarksville, TN, is looking for an experienced A Tech – Automotive Technician to join our growing team. As an A Tech, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of vehicles with precision and efficiency. Our shop features nine lifts and 13 bays, ensuring plenty of space to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range:
- Competitive pay based on experience
Hours:
- 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on a wide range of vehicles
- Perform complex engine, transmission, and drivetrain repairs
- Conduct thorough inspections and provide accurate service recommendations
- Maintain detailed records of repairs and communicate effectively with the service team
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment according to shop standards
Preferred Qualifications:
- ASE Certification (or equivalent experience) preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume shop
- Commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
