A family-owned and locally operated auto repair shop with nine lifts and 13 bays, seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our dynamic, busy team in Clarksville, TN.

Position: Service Advisor

Salary Range: Competitive pay based on experience

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

As a Service Advisor, you’ll bridge the gap between customers and technicians, ensuring clear communication, exceptional service, and high customer satisfaction in a fully equipped shop handling everything from routine maintenance to complex diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs
• Provide detailed explanations of repairs and maintenance to customers
• Create accurate repair orders and work estimates
• Coordinate repair schedules between technicians and customers
• Ensure timely service completion while keeping customers informed
• Handle inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups professionally
• Maintain accurate records of services and customer interactions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service/automotive role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of automotive repairs and maintenance
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
